Objectives

Deliver growth and commercial success through Technical Product Management and Development of Integrity360’s Cybersecurity Services portfolio, and Threat Detection and Response in particular.

 

This individual will have a great understanding of cybersecurity needs and related solutions and services across its many domains and knows what excellence looks like to deliver on Enterprise customer expectations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Technical market research in the field of managed cyber security services, platforms, and solutions, with a focus on threat detection and response
  • Development, testing and iteration of new or enhanced service concept proposals and innovations
  • Technical input into business case development to justify proposed investments in managed services
  • Technical oversight of the development and introduction stages of new and enhanced services
  • Development of technical requirements/ specifications documentation to underpin MDR and wider Managed Services
  • Evaluation and prototyping of new solutions and managed service platforms
  • Development of High-Level Design documentation
  • Contribution to the vendor selection process
  • Work with subject-matter experts in the business and vendors as part of this to build great services
  • Evaluation and introduction of new platforms and tools to streamline the quality and effectiveness of the managed security services portfolio, to include SOAR, Security Incident management, Threat Intelligence, service reporting and other relevant toolsets
  • Production of white papers and customer/market briefings on the evolution of security managed services and technologies in the context of the evolving threat landscape
  • Strategic bid support, sales support, and customer presentations
  • Development of high-quality bid template materials

Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of MDR and wider cybersecurity managed services in the enterprise environment in Ireland and beyond
  • Good knowledge of the Cyber Security services landscape and the roles and functions within the Enterprise Security Operations
  • Commercial mindset & customer-facing skills
  • Experience of energising and collaborating with enterprise sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (technical and non-technical)
  • Strong understanding of SOC operations processes to deliver world-class managed security services
  • Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity vendor solutions and services, to include network security, Web & email security, SIEM, SOAR, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, EPP & EDR, XDR, NDR, MDR, etc.
  • Good knowledge of security considerations and solutions relating to on-prem and public cloud architectures, including Azure and AWS, Cloud Security Posture Management, Native security solution stacks, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing (AWS Lambda or Azure Functions) and modern development paradigms such as DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, etc.
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Threat Protection security suite
  • Ability to work with sales, engineering and SOC teams to both gather insights into pain-points and opportunities and to help provide and introduce new solutions, services, and platforms into the operations environment.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter while also being capable of working within a dynamic and highly distributed team environment
  • Strong public speaking skills

 

What you bring to us

  • Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managed security services, preferably in a next generation SOC environment or in an MDR provider or MSP
  • Particular skills and experience in managed detection and response operations and services is a major plus
  • Good understanding of the security vendor and vendor category landscape
  • Evidence of successful development, launch and commercial success of innovative services and platforms
  • Relevant Cyber Security and ITIL certifications
  • Initiative and focus on continuous improvement
