Job Descriptions:

• Create Policy, Procedure, and Guidelines to secure Information Technology tools and applications in the organization, including but not limited to access control enforcement, MDM and DLP on services used by the whole organization like Email, File Sharing, Project Management, etc.
• Research new technologies, methods, and tools to streamline and improve security while minimizing disruption to business.
• Review and engage with vendors to provide secure IT services to the organization.
• Provide 2nd level support for IT tools and applications.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Good foundation in basic IT security
• Technical knowledge or hands-on experience in
   a. Windows, OSX, and Linux configuration and deployments. b. MDM and DLP c. Microsoft Team, Google Workspace, or similar tools. 
• Maturity or experience in dealing with vendors.
• Ability to create policy, procedure, and guideline to be run by 1st level support.
• Good logical thinking in identifying causation and correlation, pattern recognition of issues and events across setups, ability to approach problems systematically, clarity of identifying issue and impact, and creativity in constructing workaround.
• Interpersonal skill in dealing with users
