This position is intended to be involved in the compliance processes required to align with the Information Security standards defined by the company. The position will cover compliance activities, third parties risk assessments, management and completion of clients and vendor assessments and participation in InfoSec projects and initiatives.
This role will also have the challenge of introducing automation improvements with IA innovative processes.

Key accountabilities:

  • Analyze clients requirements regarding information security and evaluate their accuracy. Follow up the actions needed to comply with those requirements.
  • Analyze vendor assessments regarding information security and evaluate their accuracy. Follow up the actions needed for the vendor to comply with Media.Monks requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for third parties questions regarding information security.
  • Identify risk related to information security in the relationships with third parties or any component of the company's operations.
  • Understand about technical and administrative controls in regards of Client and Vendor assessments
  • Contribute in the execution of Information Security activities such as projects, controls review, self assessment and others.
  • Perform routine activities to ensure compliance with security frameworks and legislation.
  • Participate in the definition and  implementation of AI for managing 3rd parties assessments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ongoing studies in Computer Science,  Computer or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in related positions.
  • Knowledge of InfoSec & Compliance processes and other technical skills like networking, cloud, infrastructure configuration, end-point protection, physical security, etc.
  • Knowledge of the standard ISO 27001/2.
  • Advanced English skills (written and oral)

  • Very good communication and social skills.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and a critical thinker with attention-to-detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-organize and plan activities with commitment towards results.
  • Ready to learn new contents both from others or self-learned.
  • Passionate about self-improvement and suggesting improvements to processes or activities.
  • Knowledge on task automations, AI understanding, RPA technologies.
