We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Network Security Engineer to join our team!
We believe that a computer network can never be too secure, and that constant improvements are always a high priority. As the first line of defense in the exciting network security landscape, you will be a vital member of our team. Help us to safeguard critical data from hackers and cyber-criminals.
As a network security engineer at QuantumScape, you will reinforce our IT security posture by designing and maintaining our networks with the latest techniques and technologies. You keep security at the forefront of your design decisions and "zero trust" is more than a cliche, but rather a goal that you can make a reality.
With your experienced background, you will play a pivotal role in our push towards manufacturing by assisting in foundational network development with a security first mentality. You will interact with hybrid cloud infrastructure using the newest networking technologies. You will build upon your extensive background by working in an environment where continual learning is a supported norm.
Experience and Qualifications:At least 5 years' experience as a network security engineerExpert knowledge of firewall, switch, router configurationsExperience with network designCorporate network monitoring and security.
