Summary

The Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) shall perform, or review, technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies. Validates and verifies system security requirements definitions and analysis and establishes system security designs.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Active DoD TS//SCI Security Clearance with Poly is required.

Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), Jr.

• Seven (7) years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described above.
• Eleven (11) years of ISSE experience is required with a High School Diploma.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2 is required.

Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), Mid

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described above.
• Eighteen (18) years of ISSE experience is required with a High School Diploma.
• DoD 8570.01-M compliance with IASAE Level 2 is required
• CISSP Certification required.

Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), Senior

• Twenty (20) years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described above.
• Eighteen (18) years of experience is required with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Twenty-four (24) years of ISSE experience is required with a High School Diploma.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE level 3 is required
• Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) and CISSP Certifications are required.
