Cybersecurity - Technical Program Manager

Job Summary:As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with the Management to help manage client communications and logistics surrounding the delivery of our services. You will be expected to maintain existing client relationships by ensuring the quality of our project engagements. 
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can take the initiative in reviewing the delivery engagement process and providing a better experience for our clients. For this particular role nature of duties includes as elaborated below:

Responsibilities

• Perform dedicated program management to one (1) client of Horangi to facilitate delivery and manage resources on various scopes of work, including penetration testing and remediation, security architecture reviews, security engineering, security operations, cloud security and compliance, and IT governance, risk, and compliance.
• Involved in making informed decisions at every stage of the delivery engagement and serving as the point of contact for internal business units. 
• Liaise with clients and internal parties on current and upcoming project engagements.
• Managing project lifecycle documentation and administration.
• Review completed project engagements and gather feedback from clients.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to help increase the revenue stream outside of new business.
• Communicate demands and requests from clients with the internal team Horangi.
• Work with Account Director and Cybersecurity consultants to plan for suitable resources to manage client expectations.
• Work with the Account Director, Cybersecurity consultants, and the client to provide support on producing proposals, statements of work, and project briefs.
• Report to Horangi leadership and customer leadership on a regular basis about ground-level operations.

• Is willing to learn no matter how experienced and smart you are, and you are eager to teach no matter how oblivious and inexperienced you are.

Experience and certifications:

• Three (3) or more years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program management
• Experience in managing, leading, and performing technical hands-on information security, IT security, or cybersecurity projects 
• Nice to have: Any cybersecurity certifications; PMI CAPM or PMP Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
