RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Cyber Risk service line to support the variety of organizational, analytical, and managerial needs to manage our Cyber Risk service line.

 

As Project Manager you will work alongside the executive leaders of the Risk Advisory Business Unit and Cyber Risk service line to manage Special Projects, Key Initiatives, and evolving priorities of Kroll’s leadership team. 

  • Collaborating with both Risk Advisory and Cyber Risk leadership to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
  • Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
  • Ability to operate in highly confidential and critical business demands (e.g. compensation strategy, acquisitions, cost transformation)
  • Implement best practices to improve supplier diversity and monitor performance and trends
  • Help drive connectivity of overall Risk Advisory Business Unit strategy to marketing strategy
  • Where opportunities arise, provide self-driven business development opportunities from personal network of relationships
  • Managing Cyber Risk leadership’s schedules, scheduling meetings and planning travel as needed.

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree highly desirable
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related industries. Understanding of the pace, expectations, working environment, and cadence of a large professional services organization
  • Strong orientation to team culture and cross-functionality.
  • Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility over time.
  • History of driving complex projects in the face of ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated drive for results through a history of achievements and strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of the business, finance and analytics
  • Expert leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with a wide array of stakeholders, adept negotiation skills
  • Comfort with initiating and embracing difficult conversations
  • Proven history of dealing with ambiguity with innovation and creativity
  • Experience managing a diverse team
  • Proven interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
