We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Security Engineer to be a part of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our cloud infrastructure, implementing robust security strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of cloud security operations, developing and deploying strategies that fortify our cloud infrastructure against cyber threats.
  • Swiftly respond to and resolve cloud security incidents with professionalism and precision, mitigating their impact.
  • Assist in the completion of cloud security questionnaires, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and data transparency.
  • Conduct comprehensive cloud-specific penetration testing to uncover potential vulnerabilities and recommend strategic, preventative solutions.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of secure Azure and AWS configurations, ensuring adherence to current best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with other security team members to contribute to risk assessments, compliance audits, and the remediation of identified cloud security issues.
  • Serve as a technical mentor and resource, sharing your deep knowledge of cloud security with various teams and enhancing overall security awareness.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of specialized experience in cloud security, with a proven focus on Azure and AWS platforms.
  • Possession of esteemed security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting cloud penetration testing and managing comprehensive vulnerability assessments.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud-specific risk management methodologies, security protocols, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, resilience, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating in a global, complex work setting.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security issues for non-technical team members.
