Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Project Manager (Cybersecurity Expertise) in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as a Project Manager (Cybersecurity Expertise), you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens.

As a Project Manager you will:

  • Lead complex cybersecurity projects 
  • Manage budgets, resources, and risks
  • Proven track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cybersecurity knowledge 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in project management with a Bachelor's degree (10 years with a Master's degree)
  • Excellent command of English and French (B2+)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (highly preferred)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or other relevant cybersecurity certification (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices (threat analysis, risk management, vulnerability management, incident response)
  • Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and systems

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with diverse interests
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
