This position is based in the Las Vegas, NV area.

THE JOB: 

The Senior Analyst IT Compliance is responsible for providing guidance and oversight in all regulatory areas that MGMRI IT must comply with. The Senior Analyst acts as the IT Compliance area's subject matter expert on onboarding and regulatory licensing as they pertain to IT. They perform control testing as needed, also monitor and report on compliance activities. This includes assisting with all IT areas to remediate any audit issues, focusing on ensuring regulatory requirements are met, including but not limited to, licensing, technical standards, internal controls, minimum standards, employee licensing and responsible gambling standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Prepare, submit, track, record and report on onboarding and regulatory licensing as they pertain to IT.

  • Responsible for analyzing activities related to various regulations and working to bring those resolutions to remediation.

  • Conduct continuous IT Control Testing and Reviews.

  • Provide timely and accurate submissions to regulators in all jurisdictions in both content and detail necessary to meet regulators' expectations. Maintain records and reports on the status of submissions and approvals to regulators.

  • Provide guidance and assistance to individuals or teams including facilitating meetings as needed.

  • Suggest improvements regarding new and current control processes.

  • Assist with all IT areas regulatory knowledge needs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in regulatory matters for Information Technology Compliance/Governance.

  • Must be highly organized and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office Product Utilization – proficient in Excel.
