Sr. InfoSec Quality and Compliance Analyst (Application Security Specialist)

Position Summary

As an Sr. IT Security, Risk and Compliance Analyst (Application Security Specialist), you will utilize your skills to perform assessments of commonly used corporate enterprise applications.  Assessments will consist of determination of security model utilized, document functions performed in the applications as well as data classification as it relates to US and foreign data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

Security, Risk, and Compliance Administration

• Work independently with administrators of corporate applications to fully document security model, business functional areas and types of data utilized.
• Contacting the vendor of applications to confirm information provided by admins or to fill knowledge gap on a given system.
• Provide gap assessment of applications being reviewed to supply critical details needed to either confirm systems have properly implemented role-based access controls or points which need to be addressed.
• Coordinate with access owners to conduct periodic access reviews.
• Perform various system access administrative tasks, including but not limited to provisioning, de-provisioning, user maintenance, and recertification activities, on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Review applications to determine if any segregations of duties have been implemented.
• Work with risk owners to identify any mitigating controls where GRC is lacking or is unable to be implemented.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years Application Security experience (Application or Database Administration).
• Experience of access provisioning, de-provisioning, role administration.
• Experience with delivery of audit evidence to support logical security access controls.
• Experience with implementation and configuration of at least one of the following applications: SAP, Salesforce, Sailpoint, ETQ, HANA or Snowflake analytics systems.
• Experience with automated workflows including exception handling.
• Experience with segregations of duties and governance risk and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory LDAP groups for provisioning activities.
