CompuGroup Medical is seeking an ambitious and proactive IT Compliance Engineer (m/f/d) to join us and to help drive our ambitious technology plans. We are looking for someone passionate about Cloud and DevOps topics, loving manage software in a cloud-native self-managed platform.

Your contribution:

• Develop and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems to identify compliance issues
• Work closely with IT and business teams to implement and monitor compliance controls
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during compliance audits
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT compliance best practices

What you bring along:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in IT compliance or related role
• Strong knowledge of IT security, risk management, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.
• Experience with compliance auditing and risk assessment methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP) are a plus
