Who We Want

Teramind is seeking an experienced Product Owner capable of steering the development of our industry-leading UEBA, Insider Threat and Behavioral DLP functionality. 

This role will own product roadmap, prioritization, and functional buildout for the leading platform in predictive behavioral analytics and anomaly detection. The successful candidate will have a history of demonstrated hands-on leadership with cybersecurity products and the vision necessary to truly advance the state of the art in the space. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own all product functionality, features and roadmap as related to Insider Threat, DLP and UEBA use cases
  • Identify gaps and opportunities, making decisions that solve product-related problems for Teramind's users, prioritizing target markets and ideal clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and prioritize features and functionality.
  • Convert decisions and ideas into real world user stories & product requirements, defining how each new decision will benefit end users. Create detailed specifications for all product features, so they are clearly understood by the development teams
  • Break down the product requirements specifications into backlog items, such as epics, features, and how they will benefit end users, developing user stories that are founded in real client needs and opportunities
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver user stories and product requirements. Guide all relevant teams to ensure consistency and effective management of product changes
  • Maintain and prioritize the engineering backlog based on changing needs and strategic objectives

Requirements

  • MINIMUM 3 years experience leading Product in cybersecurity
  • Deep knowledge of security landscape (DLP, SIEM, EDR, etc.) 
  • Proven track record in creating, launching, and growing products
  • Strong situational awareness & leading skills resulting in the ability to drive cross-functional team performance
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Background in software development is a plus but not required

You can expect up to 3 interviews. In some scenarios, we’re able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
