KBR is seeking an Entry Level Management Analyst/Security Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position supports the Multi-Mission Data Links program at Webster Outlying Field, providing exceptional support to the warfighter.
This position is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Selects from alternative methods and refers to problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures.
- This position is responsible for ensuring that sensitive data stays secure.
- Administers routine aspects of the DoD and company industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Conducts security briefings and supports security education programs.
- In addition, this position may provide various support to the engineering and logistics teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Clearance: Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance within 6 months of hire.
Experience:
- Three years of experience is required. At least two of those years must be related to security processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience using the Defense Information Security System (DISS) and experience with personnel security, information security, and industrial security.
- Demonstrated experience processing: Facility and shipyard visit requests, DD Form 254, and Personnel clearances.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business discipline OR associate degree plus four years of additional work experience at least two years related to security processes and procedures, OR High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) plus six years of additional work experience with at least two years related to security processes and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience completing and processing DD-2875 forms.
