The Role
As an Information Security Recruiter at Palantir, you will directly impact the company's future by identifying and attracting excellent candidates for our organization, specifically the teams within the Information Security (InfoSec) and Technical Operations teams. These teams help keep Palantir secure and scalable– whether it's Application Security, CIRT, DevOps or Helpdesk Support, these teams are essential to the success of Palantir and you will be essential to their success. In this role you will be partnering with hiring managers across a broad range of different roles to help these teams scale with the rest of the business. Your ability to identify and source high quality candidates and to land them on the appropriate team is critical. Finally, you will own Recruiting partnerships and guide stakeholders through the entire hiring process, managing a variety of nuanced situations along the way. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including sourcing, interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.
  • Actively source and engage talent via: leveraging referrals, sourcing new leads, engaging with external recruiting partners, attending events, and more.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to offer.

What We Value

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, with proven experience within InfoSec industry a plus.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs and generate new solutions to recruiting challenges.

SalaryThe starting salary for this position is estimated to be $82,000/year. Total compensation includes approximately $10,000/year of equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units, based on the recent value of the company’s stock at the time of grant. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by candidate’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
