Senior Cyber Security Infrastructure Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex cyber security infrastructure projects for high-profile clients, ensuring successful execution within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.

• Coordinate resources, including cross-functional teams, to effectively execute project plans and deliver on-time and on-budget.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Track and report project performance metrics, including budget utilization, timeline adherence, and quality standards, to stakeholders and senior management.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies related to cyber security infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field; PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on cyber security infrastructure.
• Strong work experience in Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Access and Identity Management, Monitoring and Reporting.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Familiarity with cyber security infrastructure technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
