In 2022, ESET has launched global Corporate Solutions Division, dedicated to support large companies and public institutions with bespoke cyber security solutions.

We are currently looking for an experienced outcome-oriented consultant for a role of Customer Security Operation Centre Analyst.

In this role, you will manage, monitor, evaluate and develop the security monitoring system.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Monitor security services for assigned customers/on assigned environments.

  • Investigate security incidents, collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that security incident is resolved within agreed terms.

  • Investigate of network security incidents, collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that security incident is resolved within agreed terms.

  • Analyze security threats, evaluate data on potential threats.

  • Specify technical responses to identified security risks and requirements.

  • Select appropriate technical measure solutions according to customer’s needs and in line with ESET strategy.

  • Participate in customer projects, to provide relevant technical inputs during project delivery.

  • Cooperate with clients and partners on overall security approach within corporate environment.

  • Participate and provide technical insides on reporting activities.

  • Continuously develop own knowledge and skills and keep an up-to-date overview of new trends and information in the field of expertise.

  • Arrange meetings with selected customers in order to deliver the required services.

  • Cooperate with other teams and departments within the division as well as with other teams across the organization to effectively fulfill tasks.

  • Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.

Our requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in the technical field

  • Experience with direct contact with customer

  • Degree in Information Technology, or related field

  • IT Security certificates or other technological certificates are advantage – Windows, Unix, Network Security

  • Ability to read and understand system logs

  • Knowledge of the Windows/Linux operating system, knowledge of system tools 

  • Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, Protocols) 

  • Knowledge of network elements (Switches, Routers, Firewals etc.) 

  • Basic knowledge of scripts: Powershell, Batch/Cmd, Vbscript/Javascript

  • Basic knowledge of the inner workings of the Windows/Linux system (how things work) - processes, registries, filesystem, services, scheduling

  • Working in SOC – advantage

  • Forensics analysis or Incident Response - advantage 

  • Fluent English : C1 (other languages welcome)

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2500 EUR

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate. 

* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
