The RoleAs a Finance Consultant, you will provide expert financial advice and support in statutory audits, tax audits, and various ad hoc financial tasks. Over three months, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Sprinto’s financial compliance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the conduct of statutory audits in accordance with Indian regulatory standards and requirements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Assist with providing the required information for completion of tax audits to assess compliance with tax laws and identify potential areas for optimization or risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with team members to address any financial issues or concerns, offering strategic recommendations to improve financial operations and reduce turnaround time.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes and strategic planning efforts.
• Provide ad hoc financial support as needed, including but not limited to budgeting, cost analysis, and financial modelling from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in statutory audit, tax audit, and financial consulting, preferably in a consulting or advisory firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all financial tasks.
