Cybersecurity Consultant

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Perform risk assessments for complex ICT systems and applications (mainly in-paper and possibly also on real installations).
  • Perform the technical compliance of the new software/project with specific standards.
  • Perform risk analysis according to state of the art methodologies and practices including standards like EBIOS, ISO 27005.
  • Draft Security Policies, Guidelines, Standards.
  • Interact with the stakeholders regarding the software and projects details under evaluation.
  • Define possible security controls and recommendations on how to mitigate the identified risks.
  • Document cybersecurity best practices, guidelines, standards, and procedures needed for guaranteeing the security of such systems in respect of the defined cybersecurity policy.
  • Writing Cybersecurity best practices, guidelines, standards, and procedures.
  • Define and review architectures for security systems.
  • Design Security Settings.
  • Supervise Security Testing.
  • Participate and/or oversee the risk identification, risk assessment and risk treatment process.
  • Determine if security controls are appropriate and effectively managed to an acceptable risk.
  • Identify, recommend, or implement appropriate risk treatment and response options to manage risk to acceptable level based on organizational risk appetite.
  • Facilitate the integration of information risk management into business and IT processes.
  • Report on information security, including noncompliance and changes in information risk, to key stakeholders to facilitate the risk management process.
  • Integrate cybersecurity requirements into organizational processes to maintain organization’s security strategy.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Master Degree in IT or related field and at least 6 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity related roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ICT security management, e.g. ISMS implementation, policy management, development of security policies and standards.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or project leader for major security related projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work with minimum supervision and be committed to excellence and quality service delivery.
  • Ability to generate reports and written analysis on complex and multi-domain security topics both at high and technical levels.
  • Fluent in English at least at a level C1, good knowledge of French is considered an asset.
