WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange Online Architect (m/f/d) who has in-depth knowledge of Exchange Online architecture, security and compliance. If you have a high level of technical know-how, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, then you are perfect for this position.

• As a Microsoft Exchange Online Security Architect (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and operation of Exchange Online Security solutions.

• In addition, you will be responsible for developing architecture concepts for Exchange Online environments with a focus on security and compliance aspects

• The project management of the migration from the previous mail security architecture to Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft products is also part of your area of responsibility

• Ensuring stable operation, monitoring threats and implementing security measures to ensure the security of Exchange Online environments

• Monitoring compliance requirements and implementing compliance measures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards in Exchange Online environments rounds off your job profile

WHAT YOU OFFER

• You have a university degree in IT or a related field of study with relevant professional experience in Exchange Online or comparable email solutions

• You have proven experience in the development and implementation of email architectures, security and compliance solutions

• You have very good knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center, PowerShell, SMTP, email protocols and standards

• Very good written and spoken English skills (working in an English-speaking team), strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills as well as a high level of customer and service orientation are required

• Flexibility, initiative and a sense of responsibility complete your profile
