 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solutions Architect to join our team as a key member of our cyber security division. As the Principal Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer problems, devising innovative solutions, designing secure systems, and leading a team to successfully deliver and deploy these solutions.

 Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their business requirements, challenges, and security concerns. Identify and analyze their cyber security needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide SME consulting to client executives and leaders.
  • Develop comprehensive, innovative, and effective cyber security solutions to address customer requirements. Design secure systems, architectures, and frameworks that meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop security-specific enterprise reference artifacts (e.g., playbook, patterns, blueprints, roadmaps, etc.). Provide technical engineering expertise to support architectural designs for new software solutions and threat identification to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Lead a team of technical experts, including security engineers and architects, and guide them through solution development and deployment. Provide technical mentorship, inspire creativity, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cyber security solutions, ensuring projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline. Effectively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest cyber security technologies, trends, and industry practices. Continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise to guide the team in adopting cutting-edge solutions and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align cyber security solutions with business strategies. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and implementation guidelines. Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. Advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber security domain. Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex cyber security projects is essential.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing secure systems and architectures. Proficiency in network security, application security, cloud security, identity and access management, encryption techniques, and security frameworks.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Ability to provide technical guidance, resolve conflicts, and drive the team towards successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex cyber security challenges. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cyber security threat landscape and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations (such as GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating a cooperative and flexible approach to achieve collective goals.
