Exciting Remote Application Security Engineer/Developer (Java & Encryption), 12 months, contract opportunity.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering or other technical discipline preferred
  • Effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential
  • 2 plus years of software development experience
  • 2 plus years experience in web API programming preferably in Java, Go, JavaScript
  • 2 plus years experience in consuming API from different REST/SOAP services
  • 2 plus years experience in public cloud platform like Google Cloud Platform, AWS etc.

Desired Qualification:

  • Experience with Modern cloud technologies ServiceMesh, Kubernetes etc.
  • Experience with building data encryption solutions (Symmetric/Asymmetric cryptography, Tokenization)
  • Experience with secrets management tools like Hashicorp Vault
  • Experience with PKI and SSL/TLS Certificates
