Your new role:

Provide technical support and development to the defensive and detection technology within Doctor Care Anywhere. Ensuring technology is functioning, reporting and is managed effectively.

Requirements

The key tasks in your new and exciting role with us:

• Directly support the onboarded Security tooling and work closely with both the Head of Security Infrastructure and Head of Detection and Remediation for aligned technology
• Develop and implement new technologies – including roadmaps for IAM, Cloud Security and expansion of Microsoft Security technology
• Support the inlife activities of Security technology including its effect to IT technologies – led by the 3rd line specialists.
• Provide infrastructure security advice and IT support to the wider SOC team members and act as an escalation path for junior engineers
• Help develop better ways of working and automation were possible
• Develop documentation and process for deployments, BAU and engineering standards / best practise
• Proactively contribute to the positive culture of DCA through your everyday behaviours

Hopefully a description of you and your experience!:

• Cloud Security experience (ideally Microsoft Security Technology’s incl. Azure Sentinel, Crowdstrike, Vulnerability Scanning technologies etc)
• Experience in supporting the SOC analysts and able to assist with any Incident investigations
• Evidence of further security understanding – including various security qualifications
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/Google Etc.), including design, deployment and management. •Intermediate or better scripting skills (Bash, Perl, PhP, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
• Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or practical experience within the Security environment
• Experience of ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials preferred.
