SOC Lead (SIEM)- Manager

· At least 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field, with a focus on security operations and incident response.

· Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience in SIEM (IBM QRadar, ArcSight, Azure Sentinel, Splunk)

· Strong understanding of security operations best practices and methodologies, including knowledge of security tools and technologies such as SIEM (IBM QRadar, ArcSight, Azure Sentinel, Splunk) and EDRs.

· Experience managing a team of security analysts in a SOC environment.

· Experience with incident response procedures and methodologies.

· Ability to lead a team of security analysts to detect, respond to, and mitigate cybersecurity incidents for our clients.

· Should have expertise in security operations and threat intelligence to manage a 24/7 SOC environment and ensure that incidents are handled in a timely and effective manner.

· Should manage the security operations environment, including configuring and tuning security tools, monitoring system health, and performing regular maintenance and upgrades.

· Ability to develop and maintain threat intelligence to ensure that the team has the latest information on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

· Ability to perform security assessments of client environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to the security posture.

· Ability to provide regular reporting and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders on security incidents and trends, including metrics on incident volume, severity, and response times.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with others and provide leadership to a team.

· Hands on experience and certification in any one SIEM (IBM QRadar, ArcSight, Azur
