Job Description

In this role, you will adapt TOMRA Recycling's software and operating system platform to adhere to the latest cybersecurity regulations.

Your task

  • Enhance authentication, encryption, and data integrity features in our software.
  • Select appropriate firewall devices and define standard firewall rules.
  • Lead the development and implementation of secure coding guidelines and processes.
  • Introduce and maintain static code analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate certificate handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master of Science or PhD is preferred.
  • Strong interest in understanding network topologies of recycling machines and plants.
  • Proficient in C++ programming.
  • Experience with digital cryptography, certificate management, and secure coding practices.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Basic knowledge of German or a willingness to learn.
