We are looking for an Infosec Business Analyst to join our team in Information Security (InfoSec). The InfoSec team leads the strategy, policy, and programs for information security company-wide. Our responsibilities include risk management, implementing an integrated security program, driving compliance initiatives, recommending and implementing security controls, preventing and detecting security threats, and handling incident response. We do all of this in a globally distributed company, thinking differently about how we best achieve critical information security objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Enable strategic and operational growth by providing data driven insights, and defining success metrics
• Drive Information Security Objectives and Key Results, regularly reporting on progress and blockers
• Define and document processes for regular reporting of infosec metrics, build data visualisations and publish regular dashboards
• Enable continuous process improvements by documenting as-is processes and improving on current documentation.
• Be a conduit for communication, coordinating meetings with various partners as well as regular communications with the appropriate teams.
• Work within an agile development environment, supporting our planning cycles, and reporting on progress.

What You have done:

• Have analytical skills and have experience using data to draw meaningful insights to drive efficiency and growth.
• Balance critical thinking and achievement of goals with hands-on delivery, leading with empathy and curiosity
• Developed meaningful partnerships and communication approaches across all levels of the company
• Worked alongside fast paced engineering teams and have a good understanding of technology
• Have experience designing/building metrics and relevant dashboards for varied audiences.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience using Kibana to build dashboards, ability to write code to build data integrations and technical solutions.
