You will leverage your expertise to build, manage, coach and mentor multiple high-performing teams that are solution and goal driven.What you’ll do: The Chief Agile Manager (DevSecOps) will be responsible for the following, but not limited to: •         Responsible for embedding an agile culture using techniques from a wide range of agile and SAFe methodologies and frameworks. •         Create an open and trust-based environment, which enables a focus on delivery and facilitates continuous improvement. •         Assess organizational culture and delivery processes to identify and facilitate improvements •         Oversees training of agile methodologies/tools by developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.  Required Qualifications:•         Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related field •         Minimum 20+ years’ experience •         US Citizenship and a current active DoD TOP SECRET Clearance; with SCI ELIGIBILITY •         Certified in ITIL 3 framework with willingness to obtain ITIL 4 •         SAFe 5.1 SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification•         Experience working within a DevSecOps culture •         5+ years’ experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements  Desired Qualifications:•         Current SCI Clearance •         Possess ITIL 4 certification •         Possess one (or more) of the following Security certifications: LPM, Cloud+, Security+ •         Possess one (or more) of the following Scrum certifications: CSM, PSM-I, or SSM •         Possess one (or more) of the following SAFe certifications: IC-ACC, CSP, SASM, PMI-ACP •         PMP Benefits·         Health, Dental, Vision and STD, LTD, Life Insurance & Voluntary Life insurance.·         Retirement 401(k) Plan with employer matching.
