As the Director, Product and Solutions Marketing for CIAM Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving our go-to-market strategy for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires a top performer with a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our CIAM solutions.

You Will:

• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for CIAM solutions.
• Create and manage a wide range of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and presentations.
• Work closely with sales, product management, and other teams to establish and communicate product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Support global product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with field marketing teams.
• Act as a spokesperson for CIAM solutions at industry events, webinars, and other speaking engagements.

You Have:

• Proven experience in product and solutions marketing, particularly in the identity and access management space.
• Strong content creation skills, including the ability to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives, sales teams, and customers.
• Deep understanding of CIAM solutions and the broader IAM market.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

You Have an Advantage if You Have:

• Experience marketing to large enterprises and understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in CIAM.
• Technical background or experience working with enterprise software solutions.
• Ability and willingness to accommodate up to 25% travel.
