WWC Global is seeking a Pricer to support business development initiatives worldwide. The successful candidate will lead the development of proposal pricing using RFP-provided information and industry estimates, execute salary determinations and justifications, develop pricing models, work within the confines of the defined proposal structure, and adhere to the pricing strategy for a variety of contract types included but not limited to Cost Plus, Time and Material, and Firm Fixed Price efforts. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and cost narratives in support of proposals submitted to the government.

Expected salary range: $85,000 - $110,000.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of six (6) years experience in defense contract pricing, to include in depth experience with various types of pricing.
  • Ability to work with all phases of acquisition management and experience in proposal development.
  • Ability to research and provide supporting data for Federal labor categories both CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Understanding of and experience working within pricing provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD Directives, Truth-in-Negotiation Act (TINA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and DCMA and DCAA auditing principles.
  • Knowledge of price and cost analysis / models sufficient to review proposals against previous history, actual and estimates expenditures, and established rates to determine price reasonableness or to determine a negotiation position.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with proposal development, price build-up, and estimating and pricing processes including a demonstrated ability to draft pricing narratives.
  • Advanced understanding of salary determination work.
  • Project management and collaboration skills with the ability to lead project teams by influencing without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines in a schedule driven environment.
  • Proven analytical ability and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Works effectively in teams, with peers, and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other related MS Office 365 tools.
  • Availability: ASAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines in a schedule driven environment.
  • Able to work core East Coast business hours.
  • Ability to favorably pass a federal background investigation.
  • EO 14042, the vaccine mandate for federal contractors, is enjoined and not currently being enforced. Should enforcement resume, applicants must understand and agree to comply with the order and related guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business field.
  • Experience working with the Shipley Proposal Process model.
  • Prior work with subscription salary surveys.
  • EVMS background.
  • Advanced knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR and DFARS), Part 15.
  • Ability to demonstrate a variety of successful pricing efforts in past performance.
  • Located in or around the Tampa Bay area.
