Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a role model by embodying Twinings' values.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships between the UK team and peers in the security and operational parts of ABF and the Shared Service Centre.
  • Support actions resulting from various audit activities, providing necessary technical input and tracking/reporting to ensure resolution.
  • Manage change initiatives as needed, ensuring project documentation and communication are maintained throughout the project's lifecycle, with measurable outcomes (Time/Cost/Quality).
  • Collaborate on security improvement projects.
  • Provide support for business processes requiring security assistance, such as onboarding and offboarding, new contracts, and third-party engagement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of ABF/Twinings policies and communicate them effectively. Engage with customers and peers using appropriate levels of detail and technical skill while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to policies across the business, identifying gaps and risks for improvement or mitigation. Conduct reviews and progress updates with risk/system owners to close actions.
  • Document and communicate processes in language that is relevant and understandable to international and/or non-technical audiences as needed.
  • Support the ABF SOC/SSC in identifying and investigating incidents and causes of alerts related to the security of assets. Analyze causes and take prompt action to prevent compromises.
  • Lead vulnerability management initiatives, driving demonstrable improvement. Maintain reporting to facilitate ongoing demonstration of compliance, including quality management reports. Engage system owners and provide data to assist them in resolving risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Deliver a quality security service to Twinings' customers, ensuring that relevant security challenges and the significance of data are considered in planning solutions, including those provided by third parties.
  • Perform any other duties related to the role's scope as required by business needs.
  • Provide analysis and reporting to relevant stakeholders to enable the maintenance and tracking of security issues affecting assets.

  • Qualifications: Higher Education background, ITIL Awareness/Foundation level, Cyber Security qualification (CISSP/CISM) preferred.
