DevSecOps Engineer

About the Role:

• We are seeking a talented and motivated .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development and be passionate about building high-quality, scalable applications.
• Engineer solutions and integrations for DevSecOps platform (Azure DevOps / GitHub Enterprise)
• Develop extensions and automation script for Azure DevOps platform (or GitHub Enterprise)
• Provide consulting on DevSecOps tools chain (Azure DevOps / GitHub Enterprise)
• Improve team productivity, by automating different tasks via CI/CD pipelines or scripts
• Integrate various tools in the DevSecOps toolchain to accelerate development team's velocity while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust Azure API solutions using PaaS services such as Azure Function Apps, Azure Identity Management, Azure storage, Azure App Insights etc.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, recommend improvements when necessary.

 

About you:

• Overall 8+ years of IT experience
• Solid experience with C#, .NET and Web API
• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and PowerShell
• Strong experience in development and deployment of cloud native applications (preferably on MS technology)
• Strong database (MSSQL) experience
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud operations
• Consulting experience with CI/CD platform (Microsoft Azure DevOps / GitHub Enterprise)
• Knowledge of Python scripting is a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of modern software development practices (Dev(Sec)Ops, CI, CD) / and practical experience on new IT landscape (Containers, Infrastructure as Code, Automated Deployments, Microservices, Public Cloud, Security and Monitoring)
• You like to own a topic and are willing to collaborate with an international team, to take the topic to the finish.
• Analytical, conceptual, and problem resolution capabilities with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Change embracing and forward thinking with strong "customer first" attitude with an emphasis on responsibility and ownership of customer requests.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to industry best practices, including security and compliance requirements.
• Continuously research and stay up to date on the latest Azure technologies, trends, and best practices.
