What you’ll do

• Remote management - Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements.
• You will be working on industry leading technology and products from Cisco, Palo alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, Aruba, HP, F5 Load balancers, Bluecoat Proxy, Zscaler etc.
• Provide quality of service to our customers for the ticket assigned to you.
• Communicate effectively to the customers on the ticket you working to avoid escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• You will be working with dynamic team, who supports our customers 24/7.
• Maintain SLA performance targets.
• You’ll understand network services requirements and actionable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly with dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
• Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
• Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.

What you’ll need

• 6+ years’ experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting in Network & Security infrastructure like Routing, Switching, Wireless, Firewall, Load balancer & proxy technologies.  
• Strong experience in Network & Security products such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, NetScaler, Bluecoat, Zscaler, Nexus Switches, Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, HP Switches, Cisco Wireless Controller and Aruba Controller.
• Hands on experience in dynamic routing protocols including OSPF, EIGRP & BGP.
• Good Knowledge of Incidents. Change and problem management.
• Able to explain scenarios and have working knowledge and be able to troubleshoot the functions and operations of Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers and IOS upgrade.
• Design, implement, and maintain firewall infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN gateways, and related security appliances.
• Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related issues and connectivity problems.
• Hands on experience in WAN management, working with service provider coordination.
• Industry standard certification like CCNA,CCNP, PCNSE, CCSA is desired. CCIE is optional.
