  1. Security Chapter Leads: Leading security (application security specialists and DevSecOps analysts) teams in business-driven tribes as per the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) organization.
  2. Security Design: Develops and maintains comprehensive security architectures, strategies, policies, and standards that enables the Bank to build and implement secure solutions that address current and emerging security threats.
  3. Process Design: Define a secure design process and methodology for business products and services.
  4. Secure Design Analysis: Review business requirements, conceptual designs, and solution architectures to identify missing or additional security requirements to be factored in.
  5. Threat modelling: Perform threat modelling to identify, quantify, and address security risks within the IT environment.
  6. Research and Development: Research and monitor emerging business and cybersecurity trends and proactively identify emerging cybersecurity use cases and drive adoption opportunities. Stay informed about the security landscape, internal and external threats, regulatory requirements, policy changes and other sources to help in creating new and/or reviewing existing security standards, guidelines and polices within the Bank.
  7. Security Testing: Assist security testing teams to develop test scripts for developed products that ensure envisioned security requirements have been met. Work with solutions delivery teams in identifying compensating control alternatives where such security requirements cannot be met.
  8. Technology Integration: Ensure that proposed solutions and/or technologies can integrate with the existing security solutions.
  9. Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with technology and business stakeholders in designated projects and initiatives as the security architecture subject matter expert.
  10. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Business, IT leadership and other stakeholders on the current state of security architecture and the journey towards achieving the desired security posture.
