Security Ops Analyst/Engineer - 6 month FTC

Now, enough about us – let's talk about you. We're expanding our dream team, and we're on the hunt for a key role to join our Professional Services Team.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensuring that all Validating security controls are enabled/functioning.
• CrowdStrike coverage / versions across the fleet - operationalise expected/unexpected identity behaviours.
• Sentinel and Darktrace expertise
• Microsoft Monitoring Agent coverage across the server fleet. Troubleshooting Microsoft agents.
• Qualys Vulnerability Management - provide oversight/assurance and provide the local contextual knowledge, working alongside with the third party service provider.
• Prisma Secure Web Gateway – basic troubleshooting of issues, and working with third-party service provider to resolve.
• F5 WAF – basic troubleshooting (ie reputation checks) and working with third-party service provider to resolve.
• PAM (Secret Server) – assist with input/involvement.
• Removing/Reducing on-premise Exchange to M365.
• Microsoft Purview - detecting data loss and anomalous activities
• Other day to day tasks, including general security posture uplift.

Requirements

Here's what your background looks like:

• Security Operations / Incident Response
• Security Analytics and Engineering
• AD/AAD/M365 E5 – highly desirable
• Sentinel and Darktrace experience
• CrowdStrike - understanding/knowledge (ie making sure CrowdStrike is installed/operating across the fleet
• M365 Defender knowledge to tune and manage
• Microsoft Purview
