Role Overview

At QUALCO, we empower the financial world with innovative technology. As a Cybersecurity Manager you will join our growing Information and Cyber Security Team in our Headquarters, in Athens. Reporting to the Cyber & Information Security Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for our Cybersecurity Architecture & Operations Department.

 A Day in the Life of a Cybersecurity Manager at Qualco will include:

• Facilitate the design and monitor the implementation of the Enterprise Security Architecture.
• Effective Implementation and continuous monitoring of the following Security solutions

-Identity Governance

-Privileged Access Management

-Vulnerability Management

-Cloud Security Posture Management

-External Attack Surface Management

• Monitor and improve the following Operating Models

-Security Incident Management  (Security Operations Center currently provided through a SOCaaS vendor)

-Secure SDLC

-Vulnerability Management

• Facilitate the continuous development, implementation and update of security technical standards
• Research, identify, and analyze possible vulnerabilities with the potential for significant impact on the Group
• Design and evaluate technical security controls in the lifecycle of services, solutions and processes
• Support internal and external audits, technology and compliance information security assessments
• Enable the effective monitoring metrics to ensure alignment of Information Security Management Framework
• Remain up to date on emerging threats and evolving security mechanisms and technologies
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Minimum of eight (8) years of dedicated Information Security experience in technology, architecture and operations
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Security related fields
• Proficient written and verbal use of English language (Level C2)
• Relevant professional certifications will be strongly considered – CISSP, GCLD, GDSA, GSOC,  GCIH
• Ability to work with Technical and Non-Technical business owners
