Software Developer (C++, Cybersecurity)*

Job Description

In this role, you will adapt TOMRA Recycling's software and operating system platform to adhere to the latest cybersecurity regulations.

Your task

• Improve and add authentication, encryption, and data integrity functionality in the software.
• Selection of firewall devices, define standard firewall rules.
• Drive forward secure coding guidelines and processes.
• Introduce and maintain static code analysis tools.
• Crosslink to DevOps team, automate certificate handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field/ Master of Science or PhD preferred.
• Broad technical interest and willingness to understand network topologies of recycling machines and plants.
• Solid programming skills in C++.
• Experience with digital cryptology, certificate management, and secure coding guidelines is an advantage.
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of German or the willingness to learn German.
