Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Risk Manager, SME to join our team in the Tampa, FL area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Analyzes, designs, develops, and deploys advanced cybersecurity and multi-cloud engineering projects to implement security operations and technical solutions compliant with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework 

• SME responsible for cybersecurity and multi-cloud engineering oversight 

• Key operational management responsibilities include development, review, and update of Incident Response (IR) Plans, policies, SOPs, IR Playbooks, knowledge articles, and other operational documentation 

• Collaborate with agency infrastructure engineering for the implementation, maintenance, and operation of cybersecurity appliances, tools, and technologies, and support Government Agency leadership by making recommendations and supporting initiatives to reduce project costs and enhance the customer cybersecurity framework (automation, equipment, tools, technology, process, and training). 

Basic Qualifications:  

• Seven or more (7+) years of related experience and Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.

• Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP

• Hold CISSP and PMP certification 

• Experience performing SOC operations, incident response, cyber tool engineering and support for SIEM, EDR/MDR/XDR, IDS/IPS tools, Red Team assessments, network management, and NIST RMF evaluations 

• If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required 

• If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Master's degree in an IT-related discipline and relevant industry standard certifications.    

Clearance Requirements:  

•   This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time 

• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer 

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations 

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
