1. CONTEXT/INTRODUCTION

European Commission subsidiary which provides comprise support, training, testing, development and maintenance of policy and administrative support information systems toward Climate protection.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

• Define, prioritize and oversee the tasks linked to release management.
• Define, prioritize and oversee the tasks linked to DevSecOps practices and their 

  implementation in the team.

• Participate in sprint planning, refining the sprint contents and grooming the backlog.
• Interaction with business analysts, service providers, security operations, project

  leaders and the developers.

• Participate in the implementation of security controls in the entire DevSecOps

  lifecycle (ex. implementation of security controls, CI/CD hardening, etc.)

• Coaching of developers in CI/CD best practices.

3. LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Master/Bachelors Degree 

4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

• Excellent knowledge of DevSecOps technologies (e.g, Git, Maven, CI/CD

  pipelines, etc)

• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology
• Proven experience with release management
• Proven experience with agile project management
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Application Security practices (e.g. secure code review,

Non-technical skills:

• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self- starting capability and experience in working in team;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
• Excellent Team Player
• High degree of discretion and integrity is required

• SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

• Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

• At least 3 years of specific expertise in DevSecOps tools and processes
• At least 3 years of specific expertise in release management
• At least 2 years of specific expertise in agile implementation methodologies.
