Cyber Security Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's cybersecurity strategy to protect against evolving threats.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001, including conducting regular audits and assessments.
3. Network Security: Oversee the design and maintenance of network security systems and protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyberattacks.
4. Systems Security: Manage and enhance systems security, including servers, databases, and endpoints, to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.
5. Incident Response: Lead the incident response team to address cybersecurity incidents, minimize damage, and prevent future occurrences quickly and effectively.
6. Team Management: Supervise a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the team's success.
7. Policy Development: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures, keeping them up to date with industry best practices.
8. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans, identifying potential weaknesses and recommending mitigation strategies.
9. Training and Awareness: Promote cybersecurity awareness among employees through training programs and awareness campaigns.
10. Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate and implement security solutions, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in cybersecurity management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
3. In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and other relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.
4. Strong background in network administration and systems administration.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
