Job Description Summary:

The role of the Director of Business Threat Intelligence involves driving the operations of the Business Threat Intelligence Program.  This includes providing thought leadership for a team responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence products and managing risk across multiple stakeholders, including Enterprise Risk Management, Business Development (M&A), Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, Incident Management, Business Continuity, Special Events, Executive Protection, Physical Security, and Travel. The Director plays a key role in aligning threat intelligence efforts with the broader organizational goals and priorities and in assessing and identifying necessary resources and investments to effectively mitigate threats and protect critical assets. Due to the dynamic nature of the Global Security organization, the Director role will be required to support cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do for Us

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the GSAP (Global Security and Asset Protection) leadership team to execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the threat intelligence program in alignment with The Coca-Cola Company’s goals and objectives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:  Advise cross-functional stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Development (M&A), and Supply Chain, to ensure threat intelligence insights are integrated into business decision-making processes across the system.

  • Team Engagement: Act as an SME (subject matter expert) and mentor to a team of threat intelligence analysts, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to effectively identify and mitigate global risks.

  • Threat and Risk Analysis: Responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of threat intelligence to identify emerging threats and trends and assess their impact on the organization's interests and operations. Provide threat analysis and expertise in emerging areas of risk, mitigating potential threats to the company due to Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and Deepfakes.

  • External Insights:  Share and gain insights from external partners, industry peers, government agencies, and threat intelligence-sharing communities to stay informed about emerging threats and best practices. Proactively identify new data sources, analytical tools, and emerging technologies that could enhance the organization's business intelligence capabilities. Manage third-party vendors, budgets, and the procurement process.

  • Crisis Management & Business Continuity Support: Provide intelligence updates and briefings and assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks before they escalate.  

  • Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees about emerging threats, best practices, and the importance of threat intelligence in protecting the organization.

  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines for the collection, handling, and dissemination of business threat intelligence information in accordance with relevant regulations and best practices.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the threat intelligence program through feedback, metrics, and lessons learned from security incidents and industry best practices and embed a predictive threat intelligence framework into business forecast modeling.

Qualification & Requirements 

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Extensive experience 10-15 years in intelligence analysis, investigations, and security operations.

  • 3-5 years in a leadership role preferred.

  • Demonstrated history in developing a proactive business threat intelligence model.  

  • Proficient understanding of both physical and cyber security, including their interplay in the threat landscape. To include an acumen in Artificial Intelligence, deep fakes, and misinformation campaigns.

  • Government and private sector experience preferred.

  • Outstanding reading, writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Secondary language skills preferred.

Pay Range:

$139,000 - $159,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
