Working Student Sales Development Representative - AppSec & DevSecOps (m/f/d)

As a Sales Development Representative at Code Intelligence, you are responsible for converting inbound, and outbound leads into qualified sales opportunities for your team. You identify potential customers within our database to book meetings and understand their challenges regarding software security. Likewise, you use email, social media, and your phone to generate a new pipeline from new contacts.

You work closely with your colleagues in sales and demand generation. Your primary responsibilities are to generate new pipeline by booking meetings with prospective buyers for your sales team. We're a curious and very talented team from various backgrounds, available at any time to support you along your sales journey. 

The sales development role is your unique opportunity to learn about customer challenges and application security firsthand, and grow into a sales executive role.

  • You are responsible for nurturing leads who have shown interest in your solution and have already engaged with your company through its marketing channels
  • You screen our Github, LinkedIn, and social media followers to identify and engage with relevant prospects to develop them into sales opportunities
  • You identify and approach target accounts and personas to generate new pipeline
  • You establish the first contact with prospects, advise decision-makers about our product and inspire them for a live online demonstration of our software
  • You pre-qualify promising opportunities to schedule meetings for your sales team

Requirements

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for curious minds and a winning mentality! 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or software engineering

  • You are enrolled in a German university

  • Successful track record of working in B2B-sales related jobs

  • Working experience in a similar industry

  • Collaborative and team-oriented by nature 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbally & written) are mandatory; German is a bonus
