Purpose


Reporting to the Director, U.S. Cyber and IT Risk Management, the Analyst will provide support for the U.S. Cyber and IT Risk Management program, the U.S. Third Party Risk Management program, as well as supporting second line of defense oversight of U.S. Operational Resilience. The role ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.


What You’ll Do 

 

  • Assist in the execution of the Cyber and IT Risk Management, the Third-Party Risk Management Framework, and associated procedures. 
  • Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly risk reporting for U.S. committees and senior management.
  • Support second line of defense in providing oversight, review and challenge of Cyber, IT, and Third Party activities including inherent risk profile and remediation of control gaps.
  • Support risk management by gathering data and reports from various sources and action accordingly.
  • Monitor internal and external Cyber Security events for risk management awareness and escalation.
  • Interact with various subject matter experts and other stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Operations, Technology, etc) to support risk management activities.
  • Support second line of defense oversight of Operational Resilience by assisting with monitoring, challenging and reporting on the U.S. Operational Resilience program.
  • Champion a client-centric focused culture to deepen relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge to deliver solutions.


What You’ll Bring 

 

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel
  • Creative problem-solving and implementing innovative solutions. Sees alternatives and takes the initiative.
  • Demonstrates good judgement, with a high standard of conduct and ethics.
  • Commits to continuous learning by gaining knowledge, skills, and experience on an ongoing basis to better serve the customer, increase personal satisfaction, and improve the Bank.
  • Ability to manage time to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations; ability to take initiative on a given task or project and persist with it to completion.
