Software Development Team Lead C/ C++/ Go (Cyber Protect Team)

We actively seek experienced, technically skilled and motivated team lead for ACP team.
Acronis Cyber Protect team specializes in developing apps, which simplify and automate remote administration, provide protection and monitor overall state of computer systems/device.
Currently main developing language is C/C++, but we actively use Golang in our new apps and gradually move from C++ to Golang in general. That’s why it would be big advantage, if you also had (basic) coding experience with Golang. We will also welcome candidates who want to learn and gain experience with Golang.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and develop software on C/C++ and Golang
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Convert requirements into development tasks and provide estimations
• Collaborate with other team leads, product and program managers, software architects and QA engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of C++14 and higher
• Experience with team leading
• Experience with designing and developing multi-threaded network applications
• Experience with Git
• Advanced level of understanding how Unix like systems operate
• Ability to write cross-platform code (Windows, Unix systems)
• Knowledge of the SQL basics and experience with SQLite
• Knowledge of English at the level of upper intermediate (ability to convey the thoughts to the team and read technical documentation)

DESIRED

•  Experience with docker
• Experience with boost framework
• Experience of creating RESTful apps and designing RAML
• Experience with CMake
• Ability to work with WinAPI, COM technologies
• (Basic) experience with Golang/Python
• Experience with Jira/Confluence
