Job Description

Join Verisk's Global Enterprise Information Security Team and become a part of the newly established Center of Excellence in Poland. As a Security Engineer, you will have an exceptional chance to advance your skills in security automation through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence. Your role will be crucial in fostering cybersecurity resilience, safeguarding our systems against evolving threats with robust protection measures.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform as a security engineer to implement and administer database security solutions, data loss prevention policies, response rules while collaborating with key stakeholders in the company.
  • Perform as a security engineer to monitor and review data-related activities for policy violations and investigation.
  • Implement a service management framework to strengthen and sustain the cyber security operations across Enterprise Information Security technology.
  • Perform as a security engineer to manage information protection solutions and provide Level 1 and 2 support.


  • Around 3 years of information security experience managing data security technologies while leading or mentoring team members. Experience with Zscaler, and Microsoft security products is preferred.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: information protection, data loss prevention, database security, database activity monitoring, or data lifecycle management.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree from an accredited university. 
  • Professional certifications in Information Security is highly desirable.
  • Contribute to the development of architecture, concepts and processes related to the security platforms.
  • Be able to independently assess and prioritize resolution of outstanding tasks and requests.
