DevSecOps Manager - Finance

The DevSecOps Manager is responsible for managing the E2E design, build, testing, deploying and running the platform. The main objective for the DevSecOps manager is to deliver projects/services within the committed scope, timeframe, quality, SLAs and budget for Philips.

He/she also supports the realization of Philips's strategy by translating this into actionable solutions adhering to defined principles & guidelines. The DevSecOps manager works closely with the Domain lead, managers Architects, Business Process experts, Solution Architects, Platform Analyst and DevOps team to deliver the solution/ service as per the business requirement. In addition, close alignment with a variety of business & IT internal stakeholders that manage the respective business domains and application for the responsibilities for the role.

Your role:

Have in-depth capability in Finance & reporting domains like global taxation, (direct & indirect), management reporting, data insight & analytics and compliance. Managed business stakeholders, their expectations and budget for small to large-scale projects across finance.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage or handle part of the E2E design, build, test, deploy and run the platforms in line with planned budget, resources and timelines, working effectively with partners and Philips staff.
• Responsible for the lifecycle management of the Platform including cost management, Security and Compliance checks.
• Participate or lead in internal capability-building initiatives, Sourcing and Utilization Management.
• Interface with the other platform teams wherever required and ensure delivery of business demands
• Enable the business by using best practices, tools, techniques, methodologies like Lean, Agile, DevOps and save costs and efforts to both IT and business
• Works on medium-sized programs/projects/support of medium complexity Platform or manages multiple small platforms
• Executes on continuous improvement projects/initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
• Determines risks, defines corrective actions and tracks the progress.
• Continuously report out on the program and service delivery performance.
• Ability to deliver projects and services using Agile and DevOps.
• Conduct Release planning sessions/workshops for finalizing Program Increment (PI).

You will be part of the Finance Domain in Group Functions IT which is a high performing team of specialists that are a strategic partner of a function within Philips that drives Fiscal, Tax & Regulation throughout the organization. The IT solutions that we define, design, implement and support play a pivotal role in the organization’s ability to ensure Philips stay compliant in all our business processes.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree or master's degree from a reputed college or University
• Total 15 years plus of IT experience
• Strong knowledge of diverse scope of IT applications and supporting Finance reporting - SAP BPC, BPS, BI/BW
• Knowledge of the newest IT technology related to reporting, AI & GenAI.
• Good stakeholder management skills. Understand how to collaborate and communicate with (US based) stakeholders. Can do consultative selling
• Experienced in data modelling
• Good understanding of database management
• 7 years of experience in delivering transformation programs.
• Understand business trends and the direction technology must take to support the business
• Ability to identify the strategic IT implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives, strategic vision business models
• Analytical mindset and structured person
• Expertise in Lean Agile and DevOps practices
• Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able to propose newer IT business propositions to stake holders and recommend innovations to platform providers.
