GRC - Archer | Associate Consultant

Roles and responsibilities

We are recruiting for a senior in the Transformation Archer team. Working as a senior in this team, your responsibilities will include:

• Implement and support Archer GRC application customization
• The 6.x platform and possess an understanding of the new configuration features and back-end processes
• To undertake smaller assignments or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Manager.
• Participate in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with the clients to configure RSA Archer Platform to meet client requirements.
• Assist preparing functional specification & design document for the client.
• Preferred expertise in many of the RSA Archer Core Solutions (Audit, Business Continuity, Compliance Enterprise, Incident, Policy, Risk, Threat & Vulnerability Management) desired.
• Knowledge on the Archer security structure, data feeds/API, and Advance workflow, configure Archer for content data feeds
• Assist with integration, implementation, and administration of systems with solid understanding of Archer solution
• Problem solving, coding and scripting, workflow design utilizing the Archer SmartSuite Framework software will be required
• Get involved in meetings with the clients/onshore Team/Management.
• Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members
• Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them
• Participate in the solution development process for internal business unit

Essential skills required

Education / professional qualifications

BE / B Tech

Prior Experience:

The candidate must have 3 + years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/Implementation/Development teams within key technology companies

Project and Team management exposure

• Prior experience in team handling, staffing, providing feedback, etc.
• Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects
• High problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity

Technical skills:

Prior experience in,

• Archer 5.x or 6.x Certified  Professional 
• Project work planning, team handling, providing feedback, etc.
• Coding Skills- .Net coding, java script

Behavioral / team skills

• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations

Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
