Corporate Security Analyst (CSA) is responsible for analysing, operating, and maintaining corporate security processes in Mexico. The Analyst has an advanced understanding and applies professional concepts to all corporate security requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support ISMS (Information Security Management System) Statement of Applicability and measure the effectiveness of the security processes
  • Perform site security assessments according to the Corporate Security Standards and ensures proper security measures, procedures, and processes for the protection of our employees and the company assets.
  • Classify, report, and mitigate security incidents in accordance with the Corporate Security standards.
  • Set security objectives and targets that impact Mexico Security 
  • Provide nationwide support for the Mexico Security leadership team with a focused effort to improve efficiency and support divisional units and critical projects to ZF Mexico.
  • Implement regional systems that support daily operational security management and single function model.
  • Foster strong partnerships with ZF Mexico stakeholders.
  • Build relationships and maintain regular contact and interaction with government officials and agencies, contracted security service management teams, along with outside emergency response agencies (Police, Military, Fire Department, EMS)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Cybersecurity, Human Resource Management, Communications, Criminal Justice or equivalent experience / training.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer security tools, best practices, and policies.
  • Skills associated with programming and implementation of physical security systems with specific knowledge of access control and video management systems.
  • Demonstrated skill at administering security controls, permission, and privileges in physical security applications.
  • Demonstrated testing and test planning skills with the ability to follow project management workflow processes and initiate, plan, execute, control, and bring projects to closure.
  • Ability to analyze physical security systems and hardware to determine failure points and vulnerabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments, and work in a complex dynamic environment with deadlines, shifting priorities, and frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to speak/understand both English & Spanish. Fluent level (80% above)
