Take ownership

As bunq's Chief Security Information Officer, you'll be responsible to make sure that we keep our promises to keep our users safe.

• Manage business continuity and make sure that bunq has effective processes and automations in place to track all types of risks

• Ensure that only the right people can access our data, keep it accurate, and comply with rules.

• Demonstrate the design and operational effectiveness of bunq's implemented controls.

Requirements

• You are skilled in leadership and can create a culture of compliance by design in a high growth oriented organisation.

• You can build strong working relationships with industry counterparts, regulators and partners.

• You are able to build risk control frameworks, including processes and automation for Risk and Compliance

• You have good  understanding of Operational and IT risks as well as relevant regulations 

• You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently. Multiple language skills with Dutch, German, French an advantage

• You have proven ability to lead and mentor a team of (security) professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support in implementing control measures and demonstrate operational effectiveness preferably in fintech/payments and with EU-wide scope.
