We are seeking after a detail-oriented and proactive Risk and Compliance Tech Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology operations are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards. you will be responsible for spearheading our efforts to integrate risk management and compliance into our technology systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and implementation of risk management and compliance strategies for our technology systems and processes. 
• Assess risks associated with technology initiatives, including cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, and develop mitigation plans. 
• Design and implement controls and safeguards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to integrate risk management and compliance requirements into technology projects and initiatives. 
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of technology systems and processes to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement. 
• Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging threats, and update risk management and compliance programs accordingly. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert on technology risk management and compliance issues, providing guidance and training to employees on risk management and compliance policies and procedures. 
• Prepare documentation related to risk management and compliance activities, including policies, procedures, audit reports, and training materials. 

If you have: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology risk management, compliance, or related field. 
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to technology risk management and compliance. 
• Experience developing and implementing risk management and compliance programs and controls. 
• Technical proficiency in areas such as cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT governance. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
