Become the Head of Security Operations for Bloomreach! You will enhance the company’s ability to identify, detect, and respond to cyber threats by leading our Security Operations teams. Our company provides the best digital experience for the top international e-commerce companies. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of consumers in the online space. You will work in one of our US offices or from home on a full-time basis, and be part of the GIST (Global Information Security & Technology) group.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and grow teams of talented security analysts and security engineers
• Improve the company’s ability to identify, detect, and respond to threats
• Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring
• Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence, and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
• Establish a set of measurable metrics that reflect the baseline of all security operations functions and drive improvements
• Collaborate with the other GIST teams to develop and update Security Operations Procedures, standards, and guidelines
• Continuously improve processes for use across multiple detection sets for more efficient Security Operations
• Build continuous Security Operations capabilities that integrate with the vulnerability management program

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience as part of a Security Operations or Security Engineering team
• 4+ years of experience managing teams
• A broad understanding of Cyber Security and networks is a must
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and managerial skills
• Experience working with any of the leading SIEM / UEBA / SOAR / EDR products for threat hunting, correlation rules, investigation, and incident response is an advantage
• Experience in vulnerability management
• Knowledge of various OS flavors (Mac, Windows, Linux)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good Analytical skills, Problem-solving, and Interpersonal skills
